
Effective Community Case Manager

This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community as a Case Manager.
The Case Manager delivers evidence-based case management and individualized support to individuals in the community under supervision orders imposed by courts and Parole Board Queensland.
The role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders to negotiate service delivery, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with management, staff, and stakeholders to negotiate service delivery, priorities, deadlines, and resources.
- Work independently in a complex operating environment with multiple tasks.
- Utilize experience working within a legislative framework supporting core service delivery areas.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with various stakeholders.
- Negotiate with key stakeholders on sensitive issues.
- Develop effective written and oral communication skills.
- A driver's licence is mandatory for travel across locations.
- May require working outside normal hours, traveling to other locations, or temporarily working from an alternate location.
- Complete Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months and achieve certification within 18 months.
