Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

You will be the primary point of contact for all technical issues, working closely with our clients to identify and resolve problems efficiently. Your excellent communication skills and technical expertise will enable you to provide white-glove service, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support via various channels
  • Manage incidents and requests within our ticketing system
  • Perform daily follow-ups with clients to ensure timely resolution
  • Resolve common issues such as username and password problems
  • Perform software installations and uninstallations
  • Support multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and VPN
  • Offer remote hardware support for various devices

Requirements

  • A high-speed internet connection is essential for this role
  • CompTIA A+ certification is mandatory
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory is required
  • Mac OS experience is beneficial
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and remote access tools is necessary
  • Tech proficiency in common hardware, software, and technologies
  • Knowledge of AD, Azure, O365, MFA, SSO, Okta, networking, and server concepts
  • Call center metrics and KPIs understanding is desirable
  • A college or technology school degree is preferred
  • Multitasking and fast-paced environment experience is essential
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
