We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our flagship business, ensuring smooth inventory and revenue management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management. Excellent English communication skills and strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory and revenue management, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the City Manager and team to develop operational strategies, process improvements, and ad-hoc initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and inform business decisions.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Possess a friendly, positive attitude, and be an effective team player.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma required.
- Interest in football is highly desirable.
