Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for executing operations audits by making follow-up calls to customers and understanding their concerns.
The ideal candidate will prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to managers.
- Maintain accurate documentation for risk assessment and management processes.
- Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational policies/procedures.
In addition, the selected candidate will ensure past audit recommendations are implemented in the current audit process and assist management in developing an annual audit plan.
This role involves delivering a professional and high-quality service experience to customers over the phone.
The Business Operations Specialist will work closely with other departments' stakeholders to support and execute business administration activities and objectives set by the team leader.
Responsibilities include collaborating with departments such as 3PL, Marketing, Corporate, and other relevant teams.
The successful candidate must be meticulous and pay close attention to details, especially when handling reports and administrative matters.
Additionally, this role involves upselling products by offering certain services and/or products to customers.
The Business Operations Specialist will regularly examine data reports to identify and resolve errors that may arise.
The incumbent will create comprehensive business reports that provide valuable insights into key data points and communicate results to managers in writing or verbally.
Requirements:
This position requires working 6 days a week and 8 hours a day with 3 shifts. Hours are subject to changes during the peak sales period.
