Job Overview:

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting proactive outreach across a diverse client portfolio to ensure clients are fully functional on the platform.
  • Independently managing communications and account needs for lower-tier and less complex accounts.
  • Supporting onboarding for new clients, including account setup and delivering introductory training.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to support day-to-day account activities and address client needs.
  • Monitoring platform usage to identify issues or improvement opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer support, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for remote interaction with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
