
Director of Global Business Transformation

This pivotal role entails full responsibility for directing the global S/4HANA transformation and ensuring it delivers business value on a global scale.
The RoleAs Programme Director, you will take overall accountability for the successful delivery of this global S/4HANA transformation. You will provide direction, governance, and leadership to ensure the programme meets strategic objectives while maintaining business continuity in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement the global S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan.
- Lead programme governance, steering committees, and stakeholder management at executive level.
- Oversee systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
- Manage programme risks, change control, and resourcing.
- Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory requirements specific to life sciences.
- Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations.
- A proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle).
- Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage.
