As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be part of our team, overseeing multiple software development projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with developers, and translating business needs into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage at least two IT/software development projects, ensuring milestones, workflows, and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities.
  • Maintain and update project boards (ClickUp, Jira, Azure Dev Ops) to reflect accurate progress and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into structured, actionable project tasks and priorities.
  • Define and track daily and weekly priorities for projects to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Coordinate with developers on project milestones, progress, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and refine business documentation, reports, and client presentations.
  • Provide light executive assistant support such as calendar and email management with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping support including bank reconciliations and timely pay runs in Xero.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT or software development projects.
  • Strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies.
  • Proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
