Job Title

A catalyst for growth and transformation, you will lead the pursuit of excellence as a Proposal Manager.

  • Drive coordination across teams to meet schedules and deadlines.
  • Evaluate solicitation requirements and proposal elements to determine resource needs and timelines.
  • Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Help define win strategies and themes, discriminators, key messages, and other proposal content.

During a typical day, you will:

  • Lead proposal phases, including kickoff meetings, internal team reviews, and external stakeholder updates.
  • Develop and maintain procedures to ensure proposals align with client requirements and industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience leading the proposal response process, preferably in business process outsourcing (BPO).
  • Experience collaborating with remote teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills.
  • Strong industry knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
