Business Development Director - AI Solutions
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in our company's success by identifying, onboarding, and activating high-potential resellers who are eager to leverage cutting-edge AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Reseller Identification and Onboarding: Create curated lists of potential resellers, ranked by their revenue potential using AI insights. Develop tailored onboarding experiences that enable resellers to sell our AI products quickly and confidently.
- Partner Engagement and Activation: Turn newly onboarded partners into active sellers who close deals and stay engaged in our AI-driven ecosystem.
- Advanced Generative AI Proficiency: Possess expertise in multiple AI tools, automating workflows, and building custom GPTs.
- Channel Sales Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in sourcing and onboarding new partners, specifically in channel sales.
This is a full-time position that offers an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. You will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying high-potential resellers, onboarding and activating them, and turning newly onboarded partners into active sellers.
