The Business Development Manager, Global is accountable for leading the team in achieving ambitious growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the business development function, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead a team of business development professionals to achieve aggressive growth targets
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the business development team
- Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business success
- Maintain alignment with sales teams by attending regular meetings
- Monitor team performance against key metrics and drive improvement initiatives
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in leading business development teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices
- Proven ability to develop and coach talent to achieve business goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience running business development or inside sales teams
- 2+ years' experience as a BDR Rep in software industry
- PC and various software applications experience (SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
