Our company is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage virtual tutoring sessions with students
- Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth delivery of educational programs
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents/guardians, and educators
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- 2-3 years progressive career growth in education or related field
- Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
- Exhibits professional and approachable demeanor
- Effective communications both in virtual environments
