Role:HR Admin Assistant
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9PM to 6AM, Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Tracking Attendance
Ensure accurate timekeeping and attendance tracking for all employees, including monitoring absences based on predefined thresholds.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Monitor and oversee the completion of pre-employment requirements for new hires.
Maintain digital and hardcopy records of completed requirements.
Endorse cases of non-compliance to the HR Supervisor for further action, such as the issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE).
Employee Regularization
Monitor the regularization process for employees and assist in preparing contracts for their signing.
- Coordinate the notarization of regularization contracts.
Employee Records and Databases
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Communication Support
Draft and edit internal announcements, memos, and policies related to HR matters.
Assist with HR-related communications as assigned.
General Administrative Tasks
Perform various administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing HR documents.
Document Management
Maintain both hard copy and digital files for employee records (201 files).
Complete other tasks as assigned by the HR team from time to time, providing flexible support based on department needs.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related.
- At least 1 year of experience as an HR assistant.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Familiarity of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- During the probationary period, if the EMPLOYEEs performance does not meet the standards of the COMPANY, the COMPANY may terminate the EMPLOYEE'S EMPLOYMENT.
