We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team in a remote role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and excellent organizational skills.

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity that involves case preparation and management, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with accuracy.
  • Maintain organized legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Conduct legal and factual research, producing concise and well-supported findings.
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials in advance of hearings.
  • Track deadlines, hearings, and schedules to prevent delays.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
  • Manage document production and review during discovery.
  • Provide proactive administrative and litigation support throughout all phases of case management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems.
  • Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
