Lead a team of designers to create engaging digital experiences for customers.
Job Description
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet project goals.

Develop and execute effective design strategies for various digital assets, including landing pages, emails, microsites, webpages, reporting dashboards, and social media campaigns.

Maintain a deep understanding of client brand guidelines, user personas, journey maps, and existing design assets to inform design decisions and optimize performance.

Create visually appealing prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs that ensure seamless user experiences and responsiveness across devices.

Execute and adapt design assets across multiple platforms, driving A/B testing initiatives and proposing data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing related project experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including client management and project coordination.
