Junior Architect

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN

Develop creative, brand-aligned architectural concepts for all components of the store - kitchen, dining, and outside perimeter.

Produce mood boards, sketches, and diagrams to communicate design ideas.

Work with the PMD Team to understand design proposals, details, targets, and operational requirements.

Ensure design requirements are aligned with current industry trends, feasibility studies and practices, and local mall guidelines and/or building codes.

SPACE PLANNING AND TECHNICAL DRAWINGS/DESIGNS

Manage technical architects for development and support of existing and new technical and batch application infrastructure and fit-outs..

Design efficient layouts that optimize workflow, seating capacity, and customer experience.
Ensure smooth integration of kitchen, service, and dining areas.

Balance aesthetic with functionality, considering acoustics, lighting, and spatial flow.
Coordination with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate technical requirements.

MATERIAL SELECTION AND AESTHETIC COORDINATION

Specify materials, finishes, and furniture that enhance the brand's identity and durability.
Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality control through coordination with Project Coordinator.

COLLABORATION & PROJECT DESIGN COORDINATION

Collaborate with interior designers, kitchen consultants, and branding teams.

Work closely with PMD Designers and teams to ensure design intent is maintained.

Provide guidance on branding and spatial storytelling through architecture.

Modify designs based on feedback while maintaining design integrity.

TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN TOOLS

Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Rendering Software for design visualization.

Develop detailed plans and shop drawing using Autodesk-AutoCAD - 2D Drawings and layout

SITE MONITORING

Site Visitation on initial planning and collaboration through team's awareness and alignment.

Tasked to visit prior reporting on 30%, 60%, and 90% construction progress.

Guidance with PMD Draftsman - mandate areas to complete, revise, and accomplish.
