Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of training applications to meet enterprise business requirements and operational needs.
  • Manage the initiation, development, and implementation of the training department\'s site-wide initiatives and campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders (TL) and Teammates (TM).
  • Create and maintain materials related to maximizing campaign task mastery and personal development.
  • Pioneer campaign-specific training needs and programs within the organization.
  • Create and execute TL and TM development training, including detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation.
  • Provide campaign-specific training that is technically thorough but engaging.
  • Act as the in-house training expert, maintaining all relevant training materials for all levels of trainees.
  • Ensure training aligns with the specific campaign and TaskUs\' broader business objectives.
  • Proactively assess department and campaign training needs to develop materials as required.
  • Propose and publish a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives.
  • Plan training policies, programs, testing tools, methods, and systems to ensure quality standards, collaborating with Operations leaders and counterparts.
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor\'s Degree or College Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of managerial and/or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly independent, motivated, and able to oversee projects to completion; capable of adapting training materials to different audiences.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
