The Assistant Restaurant Manager 2 (ARM2) is the partner of the Restaurant Manager in achieving the company's mission of providing an exceptional and memorable dining experience for customers.

He/She is responsible for ensuring that all activities related to effective, efficient, safe, and sanitary dining operations are achieved and maintained at all times.

He/She also orients, trains, and certifies dining staff to achieve desired knowledge and skill levels.

Additionally, he/she performs Shift Manager functions and supervises daily operations to create an inviting and welcoming restaurant environment.
