
Support Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented support professional with strong accounting and business operations background to assist with various tasks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business listings across multiple platforms.
- Communicate with clients through professional calls and emails.
- Prepare and send correspondence with impeccable grammar and tone.
- Provide administrative and executive support as needed.
- Process invoices, manage vendors, and schedule payments for Accounts Payable.
- Manage billing, collections, and reconciliations for Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping duties.
- Prepare reports and ensure deadlines are met.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
