A Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.

- Manage property operations to maintain well-maintained and compliant properties.
- Collect rent, enforce lease terms, and follow up with tenants on late or missed payments.
- Process accounts payable/receivable and generate financial reports.
- Market vacant units, screen tenants, and manage lease agreements.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance.
Key responsibilities also include budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for properties.
It's essential to adhere to company policies, local laws, and housing regulations.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
- Strong proficiency in property management software.
- Knowledge of property operations, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
