Job Summary:

The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining positive relationships with clients, escalating issues as required, and providing administrative support to the property management team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in PropertyMe software is essential, along with experience in real estate administration or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Coordinate and schedule routine inspections
  • Manage and escalate maintenance requests
  • Assist with lease renewals and compliance documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in property management support, real estate administration, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in PropertyMe software and standard office tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
