About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless integration of new properties into our portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate the onboarding process, oversee property readiness, and ensure each property meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide landlords through the full onboarding process to achieve successful property integration.
  • Coordinate property preparation, including setup tasks to meet our quality control standards.
  • Support landlords with administrative requirements, providing timely assistance when needed.
  • Ensure all properties are accurately listed across relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to drive business growth.
  • Manage scheduling and issue resolution during onboarding to maintain efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks to guarantee properties meet our quality standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engage with landlords.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Able to perform well under pressure, delivering results consistently.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality to ensure seamless property integration.
