Job Overview

This is a senior creative lead position responsible for developing high-performing video ads. The ideal candidate will oversee the production of engaging ad content, manage a team of editors, and drive creative strategies to maximize ROI.

The Role
  • Lead and direct a team of video editors to deliver exceptional ad creatives.
  • Develop and implement innovative creative strategies, angles, and concepts for video ads.
  • Direct UGC content creation, scripting, editing, and testing at a fast pace.
  • Create and edit video ad content as needed.
  • Monitor performance metrics to inform data-driven creative decisions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all content meets platform compliance and brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams.
  • Strong video editing skills.
  • Track record in ad creation, creative strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Background in DTC performance creative for physical products on Meta (FB/IG).

Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as CapCut and ClickUp is a plus. Experience in Home & Living, Beauty/Fashion, Pets, and Fitness industries is also desirable.

The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively in overlap with Canadian time zones.

About the Client

This client is a direct-response e-commerce operator running multiple Shopify stores across diverse product categories. They scale via Meta Ads, rapid creative testing, and CRO, keeping one core winning product live while launching and pivoting 1–2 test stores at any given time.
