Position: Senior Creative Lead (Video & Design)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SGT)

Location: Fully Remote

We're looking for an experienced creative professional to join our Trident Digital Team full-time

As our Senior Creative Lead, you'll take ownership of the quality and creative standards across all our video and design outputs. This is a hands-on role where you'll not only create high-quality work yourself but also guide and mentor junior editors and designers to elevate their craft.

You'll be the person who ensures our creative looks polished, professional, and aesthetically strong—whether it's a TikTok reel, an ad video, or a full design campaign.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary roles include:

- Lead and mentor junior editors and designers (guidance on colour grading, framing, layout, storytelling, etc.)

- Maintain a strong creative vision to ensure our outputs are consistent, professional, and visually appealing

- Regularly collaborate with the creative and marketing team to understand project goals

- Review and quality-check creative work before delivery, ensuring no "rookie mistakes" make it through

- Oversee video and design projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met

- Edit and produce content yourself when needed (video, graphics, design materials)

- Continuously implement new tools, trends, and best practices in video editing and design

- Organise, document, and manage creative assets across the team's online library

REQUIREMENTS

An ideal candidate would have the following requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in video editing and/or graphic design

- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools)

- Strong eye for aesthetics, design, and storytelling

- Demonstrated experience giving feedback or guiding other creatives

- Familiarity with different video formats and requirements for platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)

- Ability to spot and correct technical and stylistic mistakes quickly

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to give constructive feedback

- Strong attention to detail and high standards of quality

- A proactive, hands-on creative who still enjoys the craft of editing and design
