Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging Design & Final Artwork (FA): Lead the development of product packaging from concept to print-ready files.
  • Graphic Design & Branding: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines; create visual assets for both digital and print.
  • Marketing Collaterals: Design brochures, flyers, presentations, trade show materials, and other sales & marketing assets.
  • Social Media Content: Conceptualize and create engaging content tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Photography & Videography: Plan and execute photo and video shoots and video editing for products, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Video Editing: Create polished video content for online marketing, social media, and internal communications.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor junior creatives, manage workload, and ensure high-quality output within deadlines.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring campaigns and branding initiatives to life.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar creative role, preferably in consumer goods and fmcg categories
  • Proven experience in packaging design, branding, and multi-platform content creation.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in photography and videography techniques including lighting, composition, and post-production.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring junior designers or creatives.
  • Excellent eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or web design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, etc.) is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan a project based on interactions with the organization stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday
