Creative Director / Creative Lead (Art Based)

The GOOD People Network is a creative agency working with some of the most dynamic brands in the world. We are looking for a Creative Lead for our client Netflix Philippines' social media channels.

Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services with 278 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

Our Netflix Philippines social channels seek a passionate Creative Lead to craft compelling narratives that entertain and connect through audio-visual storytelling.

This role requires a creative powerhouse who can shape a
consistent visual identity

big-picture strategy

across all formats to promote titles of every genre. A
background in marketing, publishing, or art direction

is a huge plus. Since this role is hands-on, we value experience in pitching bold ideas, concept development, and collaborating with external vendors to bring projects to life.

Your Responsibilities

Passionate about pop culture.

We're looking for someone who's a huge film & series buff—regardless of the genre. 

Creative self-starter.

Take ownership in creating and shaping best-in-class assets, aligned with Netflix Philippines' social strategy.

Put on your production hat.

Expect to lead productions, from low-touch shoots to full-blown campaigns, from conceptualization to post-production, including art direction for AV executions.

Brand champion.

Perform quality checks and localization on creative assets, ensuring they meet Netflix Philippines' brand standards and adhere to industry-leading creative practices.

Collaborator.

Work with the PH-based Newsroom to use creative-led insight for social programming.

What we need from you:

  • At least
    5 years of experience

working as a creative director or creative lead (Art Based) in a communications, marketing team, editorial department, or creative agency.

  • Able to proficiently use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite

  • Deep knowledge of pop culture and is passionate about entertainment and all things movies and TV shows.

  • Highly organized. Experience in developing creative suites is a plus.

  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaborate with the wider team.
