They are currently looking for a
Multimedia Designer - Creative Lead
to join their remote team and help define and execute our visual identity across all brand channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and evolve the visual identity across digital and print channels
  • Create campaign-ready assets for social media, email, website, and advertising
  • Shoot, edit, and animate high-converting video content for ads and platforms
  • Direct and execute product photography, retouching, and visual consistency
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative strategies and executions
  • Manage and organize all visual assets, maintaining naming conventions and accessibility
  • Use AI tools for ideation and streamlining creative workflows

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in design and creative direction
  • Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven creative for digital and print
  • Proven experience with eCommerce brands (beauty, wellness, skincare preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Skilled in short-form video editing, product photography, and retouching
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Figma or XD

Bonus Points For

  • Use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Runway to support creative output
  • Familiarity with UGC editing, Meta Ads, and motion graphics
  • Passion for storytelling and brand alignment in the beauty and wellness space
