Job Summary

This is a remote leadership role that involves overseeing talent attraction functions and teams to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, business, human resources, communications or related fields, and strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market.

About This Role

We are seeking an innovative leader who can drive our talent acquisition marketing efforts and develop creative strategies to attract top talent. As part of our global team, you will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships, creating comprehensive sourcing plans, evaluating marketing programs for effectiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize talent attraction and retention.
  • Create and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to maximize budget efficiency and applicant flow.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend improvements to increase return on investment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Partner with procurement teams to ensure accurate and timely departmental marketing budgets and reporting practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative talent attraction ideas.
  • Ability to manage a remote, results-oriented team with ability to work onsite at least once a month.
  • Previously demonstrated proactiveness, problem-solving, and data-based critical thinking.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
  • Consultative and collaborative mindset.
