About the Job
  • You will work closely with assigned business units and leaders to address Talent needs proactively.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent solutions that align with key business objectives and strategies.
  • Identify and leverage human resource initiatives that drive bottom-line results and enhance employee-related gross margins.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a deep understanding of all key business initiatives and goals for each supported business area.
  • Deliver tailored talent solutions to challenges affecting business success.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional talent initiatives that meet business expectations.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key leaders at multiple levels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across human capital, total rewards, development, payroll, talent acquisition, and legal.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues effectively.
Your Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SHRM or equivalent education.
  • Strong background in multiple HR disciplines, including total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with leadership at executive and director levels.
  • Capacity to influence leaders and teams with differing viewpoints to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coaching and influencing skills for people leaders.
