Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and establish new accounts, while maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze data and collaborate with departments to plan advertising and marketing services, targeting specific trade segments.
  • Oversee sales staff field operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and grow the sales team.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and needs to determine sales focus areas; resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Perform various functions to achieve department goals and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least one to two years of experience in the same field is required for this position.
  • Strong background in handling National Key Accounts.
  • Excellent selling skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in crisis situations.
  • Output-oriented.
  • Will to travel extensively if necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and experience with data analysis tools.
