Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled system administrator to fill this role.

This is a technical position that requires advanced knowledge of systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft products, including Windows Server and Azure. They should also be familiar with Citrix environments and have expertise in Office 365/Azure administration.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is required.
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, Azure Administrator/Engineer, CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, Citrix CCA/CCP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE are preferred.
  • The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in advanced systems/network administration, preferably in an MSP or enterprise environment.
  • They must have a proven ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolving complex technical issues via phone, email, remote access, and onsite.
  • Providing training as needed to tier 1 and tier 2 support teams.
  • Advanced troubleshooting for server network issues including Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Dell, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti, and SonicWall hardware.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows Server, Azure, Cloud Computing, desktop operating systems, and hardware.
  • Advanced experience with Citrix Environments including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler products.
  • Expertise in Office 365/Azure administration and migrations.
