Main Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • No gender restriction
  • Preferably residing near the local sales headquarters
  • At least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with 3 years in franchising
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Development or Franchise Recruitment in a supervisory capacity
  • Driver's license preferred
  • Willingness to travel and perform field tasks
