Customer Service Associate

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize proper phone etiquette to deliver outstanding customer service for incoming calls and cases.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, addressing their needs and providing accurate information, processing inquiries, and resolving problems as needed.
  • Document all calls appropriately and adhere to established procedures and policies.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, upholding structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications proficiency.
  • Strong communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally, confidently, and accurately.
  • Professional Proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English.
  • Ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent computer skills, including quick and accurate typing, the ability to open multiple applications simultaneously, and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
