
Customer Experience Specialist

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize proper phone etiquette to deliver outstanding customer service for incoming calls and cases.
- Effectively communicate with customers, addressing their needs and providing accurate information, processing inquiries, and resolving problems as needed.
- Document all calls appropriately and adhere to established procedures and policies.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, upholding structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications proficiency.
- Strong communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally, confidently, and accurately.
- Professional Proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English.
- Ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent computer skills, including quick and accurate typing, the ability to open multiple applications simultaneously, and review documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
