Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Expertise: Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards, showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Craft solutions to complex customer issues, utilizing your excellent problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required for this role.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service is necessary.
- Technical Requirements: A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent, and minimum 15 Mbps for both upload and download internet speed are required.
