We are seeking a Digital Representative to play a key role in supporting our global customers by executing the digital transformation of the customer experience. This individual will manage the digital customer journey for assigned customers, activate and monitor digital playbooks, and identify opportunities and risks.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience building one-to-many digital campaigns with efficient processes. They should also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks in a changing environment, and demonstrate a strong team mentality.
About the Role
- Develop and maintain the digital customer experience for assigned customers
- Perform day-to-day management and maintenance of digital tools, consistently promoting process improvement and reducing repetitive tasks through automation
- Monitor digital customer journey outcomes, identifying opportunities and risks, and deploying data-driven automated implementation activities to ensure success
- Own inbound opportunity generation and qualification through mail campaigns, webinars, and other means
- Collaborate with stakeholders on webinar content, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Review and analyze the customer base to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans from feedback and survey data
- College degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience building one-to-many digital campaigns with efficient processes
- Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
- Multitask and prioritize tasks in a changing environment
- Strong team mentality, utilizing internal and external resources strategically and tactically
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and seek solutions
