Business Development Executive Internship

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in sales, marketing, or business development and possess excellent communication skills.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our senior sales team, learning the fundamentals of lead generation, client outreach, and CRM management while contributing to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Assist the sales team with outreach via emails, calls, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects.
  • Support in creating proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Update and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation campaigns.
  • Gain product knowledge of HR Tech solutions to confidently communicate value.
  • Leverage AI tools to draft personalized outreach messages, conduct research on prospects and industries, prepare summaries, reports, and meeting notes, generate creative ideas for campaigns and pitches, and contribute to achieving team targets and sales pipeline development.
Requirements
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing (mandatory).
  • Prior internship or 3–6 months of exposure in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • High energy, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace and email automation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of Customer Success Management principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
