
Sales and Business Development Executive

Sales and Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledgeable in Advertising & Videography
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services to meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and closing deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Commission: Minimum 250,000 PHP - Maximum 500,000 PHP
Allowance: 15,000 PHP up to 35,000 PHP
Incentive per unit sale: 15,000 PHP up to 30,000 PHP
