Strategic Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage the Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all materials are prepared in advance. Anticipate needs and prioritize requests efficiently.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives. Track project progress and provide updates to the Chairman.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and relevant economic data to inform decision-making. Prepare summaries and reports for the Chairman's review.
- Operations Management: Oversee office operations, manage budgets, and coordinate travel arrangements. Ensure the Chairman's office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Board Meeting Support: Organize and coordinate board meetings and other important gatherings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field; laude preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools.
