Business Development Associate Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth.
About the Job:
- You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and progress.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture property management leads to close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing contracts.
- Analyze performance data to refine sales strategies and improve results.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients through persuasive and professional communication.
Qualifications:
- Native-level English language proficiency is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or property management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software (training provided).
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive base salary with commission structure tied to sales performance.
- $50 per deal for the first 15 deals closed each month.
- $100 per deal starting with the 16th deal onward.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
- Fully remote work arrangement.
