We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Business Development Representative to excel at building pipelines from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients through various online resources, including LinkedIn, industry directories, and more.
- Cold Outreach and Communication: Engage in personalized and strategic outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and SMS to schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize a CRM or spreadsheet to stay organized, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with interactive marketing solutions and tailor your pitch to appeal to businesses in industries like hospitality, dental, beauty, and retail.
- Proven SDR Experience: 2.5–5 years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation and appointment setting, preferably in marketing, SaaS, or advertising.
- Fluent English and Confidence: Speak fluent, American-accent or neutral English and confidently engage with business owners or execs over the phone.
- Multichannel Outreach Expertise: Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP dialers, email outreach platforms, and CRMs to adapt your outreach process for different industries.
- Full-Cycle Prospecting: Handle lead identification, qualification, and relationship-building to secure meetings and close deals.
