Job Description

As an Administrative Specialist/Assistant at Triune Electronic Systems, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

  • You will be responsible for managing general accounting tasks, including verifying purchase orders and billings, and conducting market research to identify pricing trends.
  • Additionally, you will source possible suppliers for materials and/or equipment, manage the inflow and outflow of assigned admin budget, and organize, segregate, and encode receipts to the system.
  • Excellent organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to maintain updated records and internal databases, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience in administrative and purchasing is required, with prior work experience in inventory management, logistics management, or any administrative experience being highly advantageous.
  • You must demonstrate exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity, and professionalism, as well as excellent computer literacy and organization skills.
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and high organization are also essential qualities for this role.
  • Willingness to do field work and lead/manage people are also key requirements.
