We are looking for a diligent Recruitment Administrator to support our Talent Acquisition team at Peoplegig. As an entry-level role, this position is ideal for Fresh Graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of experience who wish to develop a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Duties:
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment databases.
  • Create and update job postings on various job boards and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in reviewing resumes and applications, identifying suitable candidates for further consideration.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.

To excel in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of administrative experience, preferably in recruitment or HR. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are welcome to apply.
  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
