Job DescriptionDescriptionPosition Summary:
The Corporate Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the entire Corporate Marketing team. This role ensures the efficient management of daily administrative tasks, such as document processing, filing, monitoring, and coordination, to streamline operations and optimize team productivity.
The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring department documentation such as job requests, purchase requests, and payment requests, and serving as the central contact for all administrative concerns within the department.
Additionally, the Corporate Marketing Administrative Assistant will assist in coordinating team-wide projects, supporting the preparation of reports, and ensuring seamless documentation flow across teams. While this role may occasionally support the Vice President (VP) of Corporate Marketing, its primary focus is to provide administrative assistance to the entire department to help drive efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Department Secretary.
- Experience in document processing, budget monitoring, and team coordination is an advantage.
- Proficiency in office administration, document management, and corporate communication processes.
- Familiarity with corporate marketing operations, including sponsorships, revenue generation, and creative support.
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang.
