Job Description- Provide administrative support including managing schedules and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
- Support project coordination and meeting logistics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs, manage office supplies and order items as needed.
- Work closely with suppliers to address concerns and assist in any issues related to payments, invoices, or supplier contracts.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure payments to suppliers are processed on time and according to agreed terms to avoid any service disruption.
- Any other support as required by Finance and Admin Manager.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative support or office management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, maintain records, and handle correspondence.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard hours with occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
