Job Description
  • Provide administrative support including managing schedules and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Support project coordination and meeting logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs, manage office supplies and order items as needed.
  • Work closely with suppliers to address concerns and assist in any issues related to payments, invoices, or supplier contracts.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure payments to suppliers are processed on time and according to agreed terms to avoid any service disruption.
  • Any other support as required by Finance and Admin Manager.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, maintain records, and handle correspondence.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard hours with occasional overtime.
