Accounts Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee client accounts from day-to-day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations.

The Accounts Manager will assist in increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services. This includes assisting clients' brand management in maintaining brand popularity among consumers through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of client accounts including day-to-day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations.
  • Assist in increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services.
  • Assist clients' brand management in maintaining brand popularity among consumers through social media channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of agency experience in client servicing.
  • Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries.
  • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver projects on time.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in using tools for productivity & efficiency.
