Driving user growth and engagement across multiple countries is a key objective for our organization. To achieve this, we seek a strategic Growth & Product Manager to oversee feature deployment, pricing, and experimentation.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will develop country-specific strategies for product deployments, tailoring features, pricing, and subscription packages to each market's needs.
  • A deep understanding of competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and feature trends is essential for competitive positioning.
  • The successful candidate will design and implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate feature reception, user engagement, and monetization effectiveness in each market.
  • Localizing product features and campaigns will be crucial to resonating with local audiences.
  • Maintaining a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each country will be vital to identifying areas for improvement and scaling successful strategies.
About You
  • Experience in deploying websites and/or native apps with payment systems is necessary for success.
  • Prior experience with App Store and/or Landing Page- / Search Engine- optimization (SEO), especially around creatives, descriptions & A/B-testing, would be highly beneficial.
  • An understanding of software development principles and technologies for effective collaboration with engineering teams is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities are essential for this role.
  • A team-oriented, culturally sensitive, self-reliant individual with strong time management skills is needed.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills are also crucial.
