**Job Description**:

The Global Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the health, growth, and governance of specific qualified accounts. They align key stakeholders within assigned customers to establish short- and long-term objectives that align with the business strategy and associated methods for achievement. The GPM also ensures alignment around KPIs and metrics to measure program progress and make necessary adjustments when needed.

Successful execution of customer programs is measured using specific KPIs and their associated targets, avoiding revenue churn and supporting overall account growth. The GPM works closely with support team members as a customer advocate internal to the organization while managing governance to contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of Account Plans that define objectives, projects, measurement or KPIs, and hold parties accountable for improving overall program health.
  • Manage monthly business reviews and support quarterly reviews to ensure continuous improvement and program maturity.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to establish strategies and value propositions.
  • Establish relationships at executive, management, and operational levels of customers.
  • Monitor and escalate issues for timely resolution.
  • Foster customer references and facilitate product adoption through end-user competency.
  • Support change management during new product or service offerings.
  • Provide leadership and support for operations teams to maintain customer health.

Core Skills Required:

  • Verbal and non-verbal communication to understand customer requirements, escalations, and objectives.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize account management activity.
  • Understanding of metrics, KPIs, and ROI to evaluate customer health and monitor operational activity.
  • Governance to manage overall program governance, including solid understanding of contractual obligations and standard solution specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute.
  • 3+ years experience directly managing customer relationships.
  • 3+ years logistics and supply chain industry experience.
  • 2+ years sales and account management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate customer meetings and workshops.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • High degree of accountability and project management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-divisionally in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
