Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Your primary goal will be to schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Conducting initial conversations with prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning our offerings effectively.
  • Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings for the sales team by effectively engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships.
  • CRM Management: Updating and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in healthcare tech or working with medical professionals.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle objections and think on your feet during conversations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Notion.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
