ABOUT THE ROLE...
Purpose of the Job:
You will be responsible for keying orders with FOBOH and following business procedures. Your responsibilities will include: Entering all orders before cutoff time for each state, communicating with Sales Reps, entering new customers to Netsuite and other administration tasks. You will work with the Logistics & Sales Coordinator & Supply Chain Manager to implement new projects and procedures for the Sales Team and assisting them in maintaining updated and current customers records.
Key Responsibilities:
● Review incoming Sales email and accurately enter orders into the system using FOBOH
● Identify and escalate pricing and stock issues
● Assist Sales team as required
● Review Credit Applications and creating new customers within the system
● Work with brand ambassadors to fulfill orders
● Working on Key Sales Support projects with the Logistics & Sales Coordinator
● Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to prioritise business needs
● Key user of FOBOH and Netsuite and working with Brand ambassadors to improve and implement new processes
● Assist internal team with managing limited release program to all MC venues and customers
Key Performance Indicators
- 98% order accuracy
- 24 hour response time maximum to Sales inbox
- Order fulfillment time
Increase order accuracy with FOBOH to 98%
