Job Title

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of recruitment agencies globally, sourcing and signing new agents in strategic international markets, conducting business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications, and monitoring agency performance and optimizing conversion rates.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
  • Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
