The Key Account Builder role is a client-facing position that involves establishing meaningful relationships with new clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
As a successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in the English language. Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is highly beneficial.
Core Responsibilities- Conduct introductory calls with new clients to establish rapport and address questions
- Effectively handle objections while highlighting the value proposition of our products/services
